Description: Relay module 4 channels with optoisolation – 10A / 250VAC contacts – 24V coil

The module allows to control the actuators consumming current of up to 10 A using the microcontroller’s ports or any commissioning set (including Arduino, Rasbperry Pi and STM32Discovery). Optical isolation seperates the control signal from the part associated with the power relay, thereby providing work safety of the control system.

Features:
  • High Switching Capacity: Each relay can handle up to 10A at 250V AC or 10A at 30V DC, suitable for controlling motors, lights, and other heavy-duty equipment.
  • Optical Isolation: Provides electrical isolation between control and load circuits, enhancing safety and protecting sensitive components.
  • LED Indicators: Each channel includes an LED to indicate the relay’s status, facilitating easy monitoring.
  • Trigger Options: Supports both high and low-level triggering, offering flexibility in control signal requirements.
  • Compact Design: Space-efficient layout with mounting holes for easy integration into various setups.
Specifications:
  • Operating Voltage: 24V DC
  • Relay Contact Rating: 10A at 250V AC or 10A at 30V DC
  • Trigger Voltage: High or low-level trigger options
  • Trigger Current: Approximately 20mA
  • Dimensions: Varies by model; typically around 73mm × 50mm × 18.5mm
  • Mounting: Standard mounting holes for easy installation
Applications:
  • Industrial Automation: Control of machinery, conveyors, and robotic systems.
  • Home Automation: Management of lighting, HVAC systems, and security devices.
  • Agricultural Systems: Operation of irrigation pumps, ventilation fans, and other equipment.
  • Laboratory Equipment: Switching of high-power instruments and devices.
Connection:

Connecting the power to the relay coil and the digital control signal are enough for proper operation. Leads are the standard strap gold pin pitch of 2.54 mm which enables connecting via connecting cables.

The relay has the following leads:

  • VCC– power of optical isolator.
  • JD-VCC – the power of relay coil, by default connected with the VCC through a jumper.
  • IN1, IN2, IN3, IN4 – control inputs of relays attached by the low state.
  • GND– ground of the system, all GND leads are connected with each other.
  • Connectors KF (ARK)– the relay’s contacts are connected in accordance with the pattern on board of the module.
Documentation:
  •  Maximum contact voltage depends on the type of load – details in the documentation Contact Rating.
  • Optical isolation EL817 (documentation)  so that your Arduino or Raspberry Pi does not get damaged by reverse voltages
